Koehler on Communicating Forensics

Just posted on SSRN here, a book chapter by Jonathan Koehler on “Communicating Probabilistic Forensic Evidence in Court,” examining the types of conclusions and frameworks that experts may use and the research on how jurors appreciate such forensics testimony.  Highly recommended!
