Forensic Biomedical Scientists Develop Test to Predict Age Based on Blood and Teeth Samples

Forensic biomedical scientists from KU Leuven, Belgium developed a test to predict an individual’s age based on blood and teeth samples. Scientists hope this test can be used to help police who are looking for criminals who may have left blood at a crime scene or to identify victims. The news release states that the margin of error for this test is 3.75 years for blood samples and 4.86 years for teeth.
